Upon moving back to Arizona in 1990, he immediately began originating residential and commercial loans for numerous brokers and financial institutions.  Along the way learning all facets of mortgage banking; including the Processing, Underwriting, and Closing of Conventional, Jumbo, and Government insured loans. 

Mr. James received the Arizona Mortgage Broker License in 2006 and managed a successful broker shop for the next four years.  He also passed the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions / NMLS Loan Originators Exam in 2010. 

Mr. James has since acquired the Life and Health Insurance Licenses from the Arizona Department of Insurance.  And he previously held the Series 6 and 63 Licenses from National Association of Securities Dealers now known as FINRA.

This extensive industry background and underwriting experience is instrumental when submitting your project to financial partners and carefully selected investors.  But most importantly Mr. James brings the knowledge that adds the value your project ultimately deserves.
